Mindfulness is noticing your thoughts, feelings & physical sensations in the present moment. 
I am a certified MBSRT facilitator working one on one with individuals as well as in workshops with groups.  Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens is designed to educate teens (or adults) about stress and how our brains function while providing informal and formal Mindfulness practices that strengthen and stabilize attention, emotion regulation, and resilience managing life's stressors.  Mindfulness creates space between stimulus & response so that we don't react, we respond from a place of steadiness, strength and wisdom.   
ONE ON ONE SESSION
Meet One on One in person or via Zoom for one hour
ART & MINDFULNESS
There is creativity quietly or loudly living in all of us.  This session offers an opportunity for playful curiosity and exploration with colors, patterns, textures, and various art mediums with an emphasis on process over end product, curiosity over judgement, and non striving vs results orientation.  As we create, you will also be introduced to several mindfulness practices that will assist in quieting our minds and allowing us to move forward with ease in our creativity and lives.
MINDFULNESS IN NATURE SESSION
We are fortunate to live in one of the greenest and most beautiful places in the world!  Offerings include a local 2.5 hour guided session within the area where you will learn mindfulness concepts tailored to you as well as mindful walking.  Also offering a 1/2 day (4-5 hours) Mountain Magic adventure with sweeping views, time for learning mindful concepts, mindful walking, mindful eating and connection to nature.
